COMMERCIAL APPRAISER
Interact with property owners and property tax agents to resolve valuation issues and assist with inquiries related to commercial accounts. This individual should be a self-starter and capable of working independently without immediate supervision. Able to analyze financial statements and be familiar with income analysis tools such as discounted cash flow and depreciation schedules. Knowledge of laws and deadlines relating to the Texas Property Tax Code. Required to register with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation along with obtaining the Registered Professional Appraiser designation. Real estate background, preferred. Must have reliable transportation and proof of current auto insurance.
