As a budget conscious and process-minded Project Management Professional, Kathy Preston has demonstrated success developing vision and strategy for the design, development and deployment of products and equipment within the oil & gas, chemical and biotechnology industries. Her experience includes developing program-wide budgets, forecasts, change management protocols, regulatory approval management plans, IT system implementation, as well as construction procurement management. Kathy’s expertise is also in the development of advanced data science techniques for systematically leveraging company value to deliver customer-centric solutions.
