Updated Delivery Methods (No substantive change to RFP and no change to the deadline)

Section 14.1 – Method of Submission of the Request for Proposals for a Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System RFP No. GCAD-2025-CAMA, originally issued December 15, 2025. This update expands the acceptable methods for delivering proposals to include hand delivery and courier services.

Previous Section 14.1 – Method of Submission:

All proposals must include three (3) printed copies, and one digital version in a sealed
envelope/package submitted by mail to the address provided in the contact information section below.

Revised Section 14.1 – Method of Submission:

All proposals must include three (3) printed copies and one digital version in a sealed envelope/package. Proposals may be submitted by regular mail, hand delivery, or delivery via a reputable courier services to the address provided in the Contact Information section below. All submission packages must be received by GCAD by the Proposal Submission Deadline stated in Section 14.5. Late submissions will not be accepted regardless of delivery method.

This amendment is intended to provide additional flexibility for vendors in ensuring timely delivery of their proposals. The remaining requirements in Section 14.2 through 14.6 regarding format, labeling, deadline, and responsilibty for delivery remain in effect and are not changed.

This update has also been emailed to every potential vendor who has inquired or commented on this RFP.
