Warren Clark has been a Galveston County property owner for 27 years. His business experience comes from the residential, construction and building products industry. He left his position as the President of a publicly traded building materials corporation and assembled investors to form a private company in the same industry. After managing and growing that enterprise for 18 years, he sold it to a public company before retiring.
Warren has served on over a dozen Boards in public and privately held corporations, industry associations, home owner associations and charities. In retirement, he enjoys home improvements, travel and fishing. He looks forward to serving Galveston County property owners by focusing on effective budgeting, transparency, equitable appraisals and responsiveness to property owners.
